Shangri-La is the tale of a strong young teen fighting to survive and life in the "urban jungle." Kuniko Hojo, eighteen years of age, finds herself at the core of the war for humanities survival when she discovers that the government which rules Atlas intends to relocate all the poverty-stricken people to the outside of the tower - by force, if necessary.
