An organization called "Inferno" arises in America. Phantom, their most skilled assassin was witness by a stranger in the act of murder. He exposes Phantom, and was captured by the organization and brainwashed only to be turned into one of their own assassins. He was renamed Zwei and he was brought to a world of violence, deceit and conspiracy.
