In the world of of Otome Yokai Zakuro, the Meiji era was a time of war... and magic. Despite the amazing dominance of the machines of war, creatures called "Younin" have the capability of utilizing magic. Unfortunately, some of these Younins go rogue and wreak havoc among the human civilizations. That is when a team of half-younin women come in and fight along side army lieutenants to bring order back.
