Demons and hot babes would be the summary of this animated series, but I would beg to differ. I personally have played all of the Devil May Cry games, and I have to say it has one of the best combat engines of any game out there. Coming back to the anime version, the anime centers mostly upon the character named Dante who has a struggling business called "Devil May Cry." Its a business where people hire him to exterminate demons and other related anomalies. He would hack slash, surf on his sword, and a lot of other things. If there is one notable thing about him, that would be the fact that he is the son of a powerful demon named Sparda, who sealed the gate of hell. Before vanishing from exitence, however, Sparda found time to a meet a human girl and skipping the good parts, Dante is born as a half-demon half-human.
